Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of Revo (“we”, “us”), a service that helps Eurostar passengers claim compensation owed under Eurostar's published Conditions of Carriage.
We are an early-stage product. This page captures what we commit to today; it will be replaced with the long-form legal text before we process claims at scale. If anything below is unclear, write to us.
What we do
You provide your booking details and a description of what happened. We check whether Eurostar owes you compensation under their published rules, and — with your permission — we file the claim with Eurostar on your behalf. The money is paid by Eurostar directly to your bank account or as an e-voucher; we never receive or hold your refund.
What we ask of you
- The information you provide must be true and yours to share.
- You must be the passenger named on the booking, or have explicit permission from them to file a claim on their behalf.
- You may file one claim per delayed journey. Duplicate claims will be rejected by Eurostar and may flag your account.
Free to check, no win, no fee
Checking eligibility is free. We do not currently take a fee on successful claims, and we will tell you clearly if and when that changes.
What we don't do
- We do not give legal advice. If a claim is denied unfairly, we will guide you toward the Rail Ombudsman, but we are not your solicitor.
- We do not guarantee Eurostar will pay. Some delays fall under force-majeure exclusions, and Eurostar makes the final call.
- We do not store payment instruments. Eurostar pays you directly.
Liability
We will use reasonable care to file your claim correctly. If our bot makes an error, write to us within 30 days and we will rerun the claim or escalate to Eurostar at no cost. We are not liable for Eurostar's decisions, processing times, or for indirect losses arising from a delayed or refused claim.
Changes
We will email you if we change these terms in a material way. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
